Secure communications

Evizone is a managed online service with all information stored on Evizone servers. Each Evizone user is provided with their own encryption key guaranteeing that their messages and documents can only be accessed by the users they've included in a communication. The users included in a communication cannot save, copy, forward or print a message or document. In fact, messages and documents are not stored on the user's desktop or notebook computer; eliminating all risk associated with copying or lost or stolen notebook computers. A single master set of communications is safely stored with Evizone.

Have you ever sent an email or document in error? With Evizone, the user can recall a message or document at any point in time. In fact, Evizone automatically enforces a life cycle policy for all documents and messages; allowing you to specify when information is published for view, how long it will remain accessible and how long it will be retained before it is automatically deleted.

Managed communications

How much time do you spend searching and organizing your email and documents. Evizone has designed communications management into the service. Evizone uses the familiar model of exchanging written documents and correspondence among individuals and groups of people focused on a given theme. We refer to this theme as a 'Topic'. Topics contain all documents and messages pertaining to a specific subject matter. Evizone has made it simple to find the information you need in a few clicks. Wading through stuffed Inbox's, old Sent Items and 'trying to remember which folder you placed that email in' are a thing of the past.

Managing the communications life cycle

Evizone manages all topics, documents and messages through a life cycle policy. Users creating topics can choose a default life cycle policy or specifically designate a publication date, an accessibility period and a retention period for the topic. All messages and documents which are added to the topic will have the policy applied. Evizone will automatically enforce the policy; removing document and message accessibility when required and disposing of documents and messages when the retention period expires. The owner of a topic can choose to modify topic, document and message access at any point in time.
