Evizone believes that privacy is a matter of choice. The same person who might be posting their thoughts, pictures and music on a social networking site may also handle intellectual property for their company, manage patient data or be finalizing a compensation offer for a new executive. Conventional email with document attachments by design is insecure. Any email, documents included, can be forwarded to anyone with a valid email address. So, when privacy isn't just 'nice to have', when it is needed for business critical information or needed for patient data or is required of you by colleagues and clients, what do you do?

At Evizone, this is what keeps us up at night. It is what we do. Having examined the sizeable gap between how people currently communicate online and the required confidentiality with which they are supposed to conduct their business, we went to work. The resulting managed service ensures that sensitive and confidential messages and documents cannot be copied, saved, forwarded or printed. The sender has complete control over who can see their message or document, when they can see it and when they can no longer see it.... However, we didn't stop there.

The founders of Evizone are all too familiar with what it means to have too much in your Inbox, to be constantly searching through your sent items and folders to find that one attachment or message you need and what a productivity drain managing conventional email is. With this in mind, we designed document and message organization and management into the Evizone service from the start. So, with Evizone you are not simply getting the most secure online communications possible, you are also getting back that time which you spend every day searching and managing email.

To complete the ideal, online, secure communication solution we knew that any system securing and managing documents and messages needed to be tied together with an easily used method for setting and managing document access and retention policy. The Evizone service does exactly that and enforces the document access and retention policy automatically. So, the user doesn't spend time disposing of old documents and messages. Evizone will do that for them, giving them more time to do other things.
