Access history is automatically recorded for all messages and documents sent and viewed through the Evizone service. Senders can easily determine who has read their messages and documents, how many times and when.
Evizone provides customized views, known as perspectives, for viewing access history. In a few clicks, users can determine who is participating in a topic's workgroup and which documents and messages have been read, who has read them, how many times and when. Evizone uses the familiar model of exchanging written documents and correspondence among individuals and groups of people focused on a given theme. We refer to this theme as a 'Topic'. Topics contain all documents and messages pertaining to a specific subject matter.
Since Evizone allows users to withdraw message or document access at any time, the sender doing so can easily determine whether their message or document was read, by whom and when.
The access history automatically recorded by Evizone also provides a full audit trail of message and document access. This combined with Evizone's automatic organization of messages and documents into Topics makes it simple for organizations to not only implement document management and retention policies, but also provides them with a full access record of all communications.
