Access control and anytime withdrawalEvizone's view on demand design provides the user with complete control over who can access their documents and messages and when. Anytime withdrawal of messages and documentsSender's can withdraw a message or document from view at anytime. This change occurs in near real time and the access change will be enforced even if the user is looking at the message or document in question. The sender can then view access history to determine which recipients have read the message and when. Document access controlEvizone uses the familiar model of exchanging written documents and correspondence among individuals and groups of people focused on a given theme. We refer to this theme as a 'Topic'. Topics contain all documents and messages pertaining to a specific subject matter. Even within a Topic, a sender can control access to each member of the workgroup. The image below shows that while Susan has access, Frank does not.   If the sender decides to withdraw a document from view; either for the workgroup as a whole or for individual workgroup members, they can use Evizone's access history to determine who has read the document and when. |
